The St Bernard's College Foundation has a proud tradition of offering Bursaries and Scholarships to students at St Bernard's College.
Bursaries help those families who otherwise would not be in a position to send their son to St Bernard's College due to hardship or unforeseen circumstances.
Scholarships reward those who excel in particular fields whether that be academics, sport, or the arts, the Foundation wishes to acknowledge the achievements of these students.
Your contribution to the St Bernard's College Scholarship and Bursary Fund ensures that the College Foundation can continue to support these students. Your donation will have a direct impact on students at the College today and will play some part in shaping the men of tomorrow.
Your gift may also provide you with tax savings. The St Bernard's College Foundation Scholarship and Bursary Fund has DGR status so all gifts over $2 are fully tax deductible. For more information CLICK HERE
Today, Friday 6 May we honour Blessed Edmund Rice. Edmund Rice started a school for underprivileged boys to gain an education and an innate spiritual understanding of Christ.
Much like it was back then, Blessed Edmund’s charism and mission is ours – ours to shape and to turn into a dynamic, contemporary force. Such a force is very much needed in our complex and fragile world, where both its people and its environment need the protection of a courageous loving hand. Not only does St Bernard's pride itself in our scholarly achievements but also our ability to support our wider community by raising much-needed funds and support for those marginalised.
We started the day with a 10km walk around the Maribyrnong river, which concluded back at the College where our Students enjoyed a variety of fun activities and food trucks ready to cater to any taste!
A fantastic day to mark an important date for St Bernard's College.
With Round 8 of the AFL kicking off tonight, let's check in with our Footy Tipping competition!
With only 3 points separating the top 10, its looking like another year of razor thin margins!
Make sure to keep submitting your tips to remain competitive!
